Sports Massage
Exercising is essential to overall health, but can encourage stiff, sore, and tense muscles.  Our Sports Massage utilizes all strokes of our basic Swedish Massage, but adds compression, cross-fiber friction, range of motion, and stretching.

Pre-Event - Utilize to warm and stretch tendons and ligaments.  Increase circulation and warm connective tissue and muscles.

Post-Event - Utilize to spend recovery and reduce soreness.  Helps maintain flexibility and reduce cramping.

Stress Relieving Half Hour Massage
This massage is designed for clients with a time limit, or to relieve stress in a specific area.
